Ingredients

8 ounces spelt or whole wheat pasta
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plan fat-free or low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
2 (6-ounce) cans of chunk light tuna packed in water, drained
4 large celery stalks, chopped
6 ounces cherry tomatoes (about 15 tomatoes), quartered
2/3 cup frozen peas, thawed
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions until tender but still firm to the bite. Drain and rinse under cold water for 30 seconds.
Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, and vinegar in a small mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place tuna in a large mixing bowl. Add pasta, celery, tomatoes, and peas; stir to combine. Add dressing and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 6 1-1/4 cup servings.
