16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef
1 Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato-15 oz can
1 can Mrs Grimes Chili Beans-15 oz can
2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 Mission Whole Wheat Tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown hamburger in large fry pan. Add the fire roasted tomatoes and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
To assemble the lasagna: spray the bottom of an 8 x 8 in pan with cooking spray. Place 1/2 cup of meat mixture on bottom of pan. Put two tortillas on top of meat mixture. Layer with 1/2 can of the beans, 1/2 cup of meat and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese. Place 2 tortillas on top of first layer, the rest of the beans, 1/2 c meat mixture and 1/2 c cheese on top. Place last 2 tortillas on top. Top with the rest of the meat mixture and cheese. Cover and bake in preheated to 400° oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, uncover and let rest for five minutes before serving.
