    20 tsp Truvia Baker Bag Cane Sugar Blend - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)
    1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    4 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Porridge oats w oat bran, wheat bran and flaxseed Rogers (1/3 cup) dry
    1 serving Oatmeal, Steel Cut, 1/4 cup - Quaker
    2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated


I separated the egg Yoke from the egg white and whisked the white until turned lite white bubbles


* In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, mash the bananas. Add egg, oil , almost milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups half full. 
Bake at 375 for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serving Size: Makes 10 servings = 1 muffin each
