    3 medium eggs
    5 gr Brown Sugar
    1 dash Salt
    5 gr Aldi The Foodie Market Superfood Chia Seeds
    5 gr Psyllium Husks
    80 gr Tesco Free From Soy Plain Yogurt (no added sugar)
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    65 gr Bob's Red Mill WholeGrain Oat Flour

Directions

Mix the ingredients in that order.
Lightly grease your fry pan and cook 5 pancakes, until slightly golden.
