Introduction
we usually use this for 2 pizzas but if you can get it thin enough you could use it for 3 we usually use this for 2 pizzas but if you can get it thin enough you could use it for 3Number of Servings: 24
Ingredients

.5 tbsp Yeast, SAF instant ( 1 Tbsp.) (by ZINASP1)
11 fl oz Water, tap
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3.75 cup flour, all purpose, enriched, unbleached - Western Family
0.125 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1.5 tsp Salt
6 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Use warm tap water.
Proof the yeast for 5-10 minutes in water with the sugar to feed it.
Add remaining ingredients and knead until it is a soft pliable dough.
Put in greased bowl and let sit until doubled, about 1 hour.
Split dough. Put half in fridge for another meal if so desired. Roll out in pan and dress like you wish adding what you want to it. Remember to add what you put on it to the calorie count.
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melting and the crust is golden.
Enjoy.
