Ingredients

    1 serving Sage Granny Smith Apple (Serving Size: 1 medium apple)
    1 cup Green cabbage
    1 tsp Ginger, ground
    2 tbsp Great Value Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions

No cooking. Peel and and core medium apple. I used a Granny Smith Apple because I like its tartness, but you can use your favorite. Then shred the apple and a nice size chunk of green cabbage to produce 1 cup grated cabbage. Combine with a teaspoon on ginger and 2 tablespoons of nonfat Greek yogurt. Mix well and serve. Serving Size: Make 2 1 cup servings
