Ingredients

    1 serving Egg Hard Boiled (1 serving = 1 large egg boiled)
    1 cup Cauliflower boiled 1 cup/ 124 grams (by FUELINTHEFIRE)
    1 serving Carrots-boiled/steamed-no salt-3 carrots (by TEAROSE721)
    0.5 cup Boiled Potato (1/2 cup) No Skin no salt
    0.6 serving Cheese, Mild Chedar Shreded 1/4 cup
    10 grams Cilantro, raw
    5 grams Dill weed, fresh
    0.5 1tsp Olive Oil
    1 serving Beefsteak - Soft Rye Bread (2 slices)

Tips

You can have as a meal and it will be filling and delicious


Directions

Boil everything together for 15 min. Put in the bowl. Add the cilantro, dill and pink salt. Add the cheese and consume it with rye bread.
