    50 gram(s) Creamed coconut (brand "KTC", from 200g block)
    400ml can coconut milk, full fat
    350g Passata
    400 grams Carrots, raw, blitzed
    2 large Onions, thinly sliced
    20g Butter, salted
    1 tsp Dried Chilli flakes
    5 cloves of Garlic
    1 tsp Ginger Root, freshly grated
    3.5 tsp Garam Masala
    1 tsp Paprika

    FOR THE MARINADE
    250g Natural Yogurt Full Fat
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    .5 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 tsp Turmeric, ground
    1.5 tsp ground black pepper
    2 tsp Garam Masala
