Ingredients
-
1 jar of (16 oz.) Peanut DelightNo-Stir Creamy Natural Peanut Butter Spread
6 tbsp (3 oz.) Light Blue Agave Nectar
4 cups Rice Crispy Cereal
1 serving Pure Protein 100% Whey, Vanilla Cream (1 scoop=39g)
Directions
Put both the peanut butter spread and agave in a bowl; place in microwave for one minute; after one minute take out and stir. Put in microwave for another minute stirring after 30 seconds.
Place the rice crispy in a large bowl. Pour warmed peanut butter and agave over rice crispies. Stir until well coated. Sprinkle half of the protein powder over the cereal mixture. Stir until combined. After it is combined stir in remaining protein powder.
Place a sheet of wax paper over a cookie sheet (you may need two cookie sheets). Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture pressing it along the side of the bowl as you bring it up to form balls. Place on the wax paper. After all the balls are on the cookie sheet(s) place in the freezer until hard.
You may keep in the freezer or place in refrigerator to store.
Feel free to add in some fun mix-ins! I like to add mini dark chocolate chips or toffee chips!
