Ingredients

    3 cup Chick Peas
    2.5 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    2 tsp Dill weed, dried
    2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    1 tsp Garlic Salt

Tips

Adding crumbled nori sheets makes it taste very similar to tuna. Using vegan mayo makes this dish vegan.


Directions

Drain chickpeas (save the aquafaba for other uses if you're on a vegan diet), mash them with a fork or potato masher until desired consistency. Add other ingredients and stir to mix, Store in the fridge.

    I would leave out the mayo and add a bit of eevo - 5/31/20
