Ingredients

    2 oz Barilla Protein Plus Penne
    .33 serving Signature Sweets-mini peppers (3)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1 clove Garlic
    1 cup Barilla Marinara Spaghetti Sauce (by A25255T)
    .33 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    0.5 cup Beyond Meat Beef-Free Crumble (Feisty) (by MOONWATCHER13)

Tips

Remember to calculate additional calories if you sprinkle parmesan on after cooking.


Directions

Cook and drain the pasta. Chop the mini pepper and onions. Slice the mushrooms and zucchini. Press one close of garlic. Sauté the peppers and onions until soft but the onions are not translucent. Add the mushrooms and zucchini and stir until cooked. Add the garlic and cook another few minutes. Add the cooked pasta, the meat free crumbles, and the sauce to the pan and stir to combine.
