Ingredients

2 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
5 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
1 serving Allulose all-natural sweetener
2 serving Planters NUTrition Wholesome Nut Mix 1.25oz
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
8 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
.5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt

Directions
Keto Breakfast Nut Granola
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
5 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened
1/4 cup sugar free original syrup (* or Allulose)
2.5 oz Nut Mix (pecans, walnuts, brazil nuts, macadamia nuts)
1 tbsp Coconut Oil (* or butter)
1/2 c hemp seeds *
1/2 c sunflower seeds *
Directions
Add all ingredients in a bowl mixing thoroughly. Preheat oven to 350. After mixture is all combined spread it evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for no more than 15 minutes and allow for granola to cool. Take granola off baking sheet and break into smaller bite sized pieces and store until ready to eat. Eat and enjoy like regular cereal!
