    3 cup pineapple, canned, unsweetened tidbits, Dole (by RUMBAMEL)
    1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per Pears, fresh
    5 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit
    2 serving California Navel Orange - medium orange (131g)
    20 small (1" dia) Strawberries, fresh
