6 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
1 tsp Paprika
Directions
Get up beef and then add veg
Add stock and tomato sauce and spices
Boil for 25 min and serve
