    160 oz Haddock, frozen, Royal Harbour (by LZJGQM)
    .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    .5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 serving mushroom 1 cup sliced/pieces~70 gm raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions
