    1.5 cup Zucchini (Grated) (by STEFANIE822)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp Garam Masala (by JACE520)


You can use gluten free flour or bread crumbs instead of the flour. Other spices like curry or Old Bay can be substituted for the Garam Masala.


1. Preheat oven to 425F
2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
3. Form into hamburger sized rounds on a parchment paper lined pan sprayed with cooking spray
4. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes. Flip once they have set at about 13 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 5 hand sized cakes
