Ingredients

    2/3 cups Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 tbsp Sour Cream
    1 tbsp Maple Syrup
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Granular (by KINSPAPPY)
    2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted

Tips

Blend the batter for a couple of minutes to help thicken the batter and to make the pancakes super fluffy.


Directions

Using a blender, add eggs, sour cream, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and sweetener.
