Ingredients

    1 piece joseph's flax, oat bran whole wheat lavash bread(1/2 lavish per serving)
    6.5 oz. Mushrooms, Sliced, Clover Valley (1 can)
    .97 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce (1 can)
    1 serving Pork chop thin cut 2.5 oz (1oz 33 cal)
    .25 cup, sliced Onions, raw
    .25 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 tbsp Basil
    2 tsp Rosemary, dried
    1.5 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Bake bread in 400 F oven until lightly brown. Add 1 can on tomato sauce into small bowl, add seasoning herbs mix. Pan fry pork chop until cooked cut in small piece. Sauté onions & bell pepper in same pan for 2-e minutes. When bread ready put 1/4 cup of sauce on bread arrange veggies and meat on top. Cover with 1/2 cup cheese. Put under broiler 4-5 minutes to melt cheese.
