Introduction

Ingredients

    1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    .5 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    5 tsp Cheese (Grated) - Parmesan Cheese - Kraft 100%
    1 serving Canola Oil Non-stick Spray (2-3 second spray) (by SCAPES)

Directions

Spray a round baking dish with canola oil spray. Remove leaves and stem from cauliflower. Place in baking dish and spray with canola oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until cauliflower is tender.
