Ingredients

    1 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 tsp McCormick Hot Taco Seasoning Mix [1 Taco] (by CFEDOR10)
    0.25 cup Cheese, Lucerne Medium Cheddar Shredded Cheese ss 30 grams
    .15 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
    .5 tbsp La victoria Hot Sauce (by TSHOEMA)
    .5 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Sour Cream
    1 serving Corn tortillas (Mission brand, extra thin, yellow corn, 6")

Tips

I try to use light sour cream. Lean meat, and corn instead of flour tortillas.


Directions

Cook ground beef with onion. Drain, add in seasoning mix and water. Simmer until water is absorbed. Form taco.
