Ingredients

    8 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
    30 gram(s) Flaxseed flour (by DJMR1982)
    1 tsp Salt
    8 gram(s) instant yeast (by CD5002987)
    1.5 tbsp chia seeds

Tips

Check the bread in between to see the crust .If you find it is ready then take it out of oven.


Directions

Wet ingredients-
Add 1 and 1/4 cup warm water to a bowl.To it add yeast and lt it stand for 10 minutes.
To this mixture add grounded chia seeds and flaxseeds powder.
Stir and let stand for 3 minutes.

Dry ingredients-
Mix together almond and coconut flour with salt.

Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Knead in machine for 6 minutes.
Cover and let it proof for 1 hour.

Preheat oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.

Add the dough to a greased pan and put it in the oven.Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 C.

Remove it and allow to cool for 5 minutes and then cut it to serve with butter.
