Slow Cooker Slow Cooker
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    10 tsp. McCormick slow cooker savory pot roast seasoning mix.
    1.5 cups baby carrots, raw
    3 large stalks celery, raw cut in 1.5 inch pcs.
    3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) potato, peeled, raw, chop 1.5 inch pcs.
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 lb. USDA Choice Beef Chuck Shoulder Pot Roast Boneless

Tips

Serve with dinner rolls or biscuits.


Directions

Place roast and vegetables in slow cooker
Mix seasoning mix and water until blended, pour over roast and vegetables, cover.
Cook 8 hours on LOW, or 4 hours on HIGH
Remove roast and vegetables and place on serving platter. Stir sauce before serving.
TIP: For best results, do not remove cover while cooking.
