Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    2 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw
    2 tbsp relish,sweet pickle,mount olive
    0.15 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
    2 serving Hard Boiled Egg (2)

Tips

If you use something instead of the Miracle whip calories may change. Two tablespoons of Miracle Whip (light) are 40 calories.
Add salt and pepper to taste.


Directions

Chop eggs to your desired size. I use an egg slicer slicing once horizontally and then once vertically.
Chop celery to your desired size.
Gently mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving to let flavors mingle

Serving Size: makes 2 small or 1 large sandwich (with leftovers)
