Ingredients

6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 tbsp Cream Cheese Philadelphia Original
3 tbsp Butter, salted
1 tsp Lemon extract - McCormick - 3/16 (by ALILDUCKLING)
6 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet
3 tbsp Chosen Foods Mayonnaise with Avacado oil (by EARTHCHARMEDDEC)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Put all ingredients into a large blender
3. Blend until frothy
4. If using a regular pan, line with parchment. If using muffin tins, use cupcake liners.
5. Pour mixture into a 9 inch pan or 12 muffin pan or 12 mini loaves.
6. Bake 20 minutes for muffins or mini loaves and 30 minutes for 9 inch pan.
7. Cool and cut into 12 equal portions.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins or in 9" pan cut into 12 pieces and 2 is a serving
