Ingredients

    2.25 cup Yellow Squash and Onions
    1.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    2.0 tbsp Sour Cream
    1.5 oz Cheese - Kroger Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    2.0 serving Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers)

Directions

Sauteed squash and onions in vegetable oil, mix in sour cream, place in baking dish, top with crumbled ritz crackers and cheese, bake until cheese is melted.
