1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.17 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
.75 cup Milk, 1%
.33 cup Cereals ready-to-eat, wheat germ, toasted, plain
.33 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
.33 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
3 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC)
0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
.25 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
3 tsp packed Brown Sugar
3 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Blend ingredients
Divide mixture (except the ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar) into 12 greased muffin tins
Bake for about 30 minutes, until a meat thermometer reads at least 145 degrees when inserted.
Mix ketchup mustard, and brown sugar and spoon on top of each muffin.
Bake for another 5-10 minutes, until thermometer reads above 155.
