My mom in Germany made this often, we loved it very much. My mom in Germany made this often, we loved it very much.
Number of Servings: 3


    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed
    Pasta, cooked, 10 oz
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp


Fry the chicken in the Olive Oil until lightly brown, remove from pan. Deglaze with water and add the Banana, Curry Powder, Salt & Pepper. Bring to simmer and add the chicken. While it simmers, about 30 minutes, prepare the pasta.
Serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta.
