Ingredients

    2 lbs fresh green beans
    5 small red potatoes
    .5 cup choped onion
    3 pcs bacon


Directions

cut bacon in small pieces put bacon and onion in frying pand and fry clean and snap green beans wash red potatoes if potatoes are a little big cut in half after bacon is crispy not to crispy but crispy and onions are soft put in pot with approximately 1 cup of water put red potatoes in watere and greenbeans on top bring to a boil and lower heat and cover to steam for about an hour watch to make sure water does not run dry you can cook these as soft as you want or leave a little crispy stir and serve hope you enjoy
