Ingredients

    32.0 oz Simple Truth Natural Chicken Breast
    8.0 tbsp Kroger Lite Soy Sauce
    2.0 tbsp Kroger Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    8.0 tbsp Kroger Clover Honey
    3.0 tbsp Simple Truth Organic Double Concentrated Tomato Paste
    3.0 tsp Chung Jung One Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce
    5.0 tsp Spice World Garlic, Minced
    3.0 tbsp Rumford Corn Starch

Directions

Place all ingredients but cornstarch in crockpot, cook on low until chicken reaches 165, about 4 hours. Remove and shred chicken, set aside. Add cornstarch to cooking liquid and whisk, add chicken back to liquid, change heat to high cook 15-30 minutes or until sauce is desired thickness. Serve with veggies/ rice as desired. Serving Size: Makes Approximately 5 1 Cup Servings
