Introduction

Ingredients

2 lbs Lean Ground Beef 90%
1 1/4 tbsp Garlic powder
1 1/4 tbsp Onion powder
2 tsp Salt
1 pkt "Great Value" Mixed Vegetables, Frozen 12 oz.
1 tbsp Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular
1 1/2 cup Hunt's Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
1 cup Member's Mark Fancy Shredded Cheese - Cheddar & Monterrey Jack
Tips

Directions
Mix the meat, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 1/2 tsp salt. Reserve.
In a small sauce pan melt the margarine and sauté the vegetables, 1/4 tbsp garlic powder, 1/4 tbsp onion powder, and 1 tsp salt.
Spread the meat in a rectangle shape for making a roll on top of a wrapping plastic sheet. Pour the vegetables I the middle leasing space on the sides to wrap the with the meat being able to close it shut wrapped on the plastic.
Carefully place it in the middle of a 9x13 baking pan, making sure the opening of the plastic wrap is facing down. Caerefully remove the plastic holding the meat down so it does not open. If it gets bent a bit shape it back pretty.
Pour the sauce on top and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 min at 350 F.
Remove the aluminum foil, sprinkle the cheese on top of the loaf, a return it into the oven to melt the cheese.
Serve it hot with a side of rice, mashed potatoes, or salad.
