Ingredients

0.35 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
1 jumbo Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 tsp Oregano, ground
.75 tbsp Basil
.25 tsp Pepper, black
0.25 tsp Morton's Lite Salt
14 oz 90/10 Ground Beef Sirloin
10 oz jennie-o ground turkey 90/10 (by KAIVANKA)
2 tsp Garlic Minced (1tsp) -Derlea (by TKNARR)
2 tsp Fennel seed
Tips
Some people do not like the fennel seed taste, so you can eliminate it as desired.
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients in a bowl making sure the seasonings are evenly distributed;
2. Roll a small amount into desired meatball size (1-1.5 oz. each); place on a baking pan.
3. Bake in toaster oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, turning them over half way through.
4. Add to your favorite tomato sauce and serve with pasta.
Serving Size: Makes 15 1.4 oz. meatballs
