Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cans of solid white tuna
    1 granny smith apple peeled and chopped
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts are optional
    mix these ingredients and set aside

    In a separate bowl combine
    1 cup mayo (I use the Hellman's Canola Mayo)
    2 tbsp Mango Chutney
    2 tsp curry powder

    mix it all together and it should make enough for 6 sandwiches.
