    0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
    236.0 Grams Celery, raw
    106.0 Grams Onions, raw
    302.0 Grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    38.7 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    4.0 serving Frontera enchilada sauce

Directions

Cook down onions, peppers, and celery. Add chicken. Cook through. Add sauce and cream. Simmer down until liquid is at a desired level. Serve. Optional with cheddar cheese and sour cream Serving Size: 1/4 of skillet
