Ingredients

    3.0 serving Egg, Kroger Large Grade A
    8.9 serving Cheese, Mozzarella (Kroger low moisture, part skim) 1 oz serving
    2.0 tbsp Butter - Unsalted - Kroger Brand
    0.5 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
    2.0 oz Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
    24.0 tsp Great Value Superfine Blanched Almond Flour
    22.0 tsp Better Body Foods Organic Coconut Flour
    4.0 oz Sargento Fresh Asiago Cheese Slices
    2.0 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Melt mozarella, cream cheese, and butter together in a bowl and mix. Beat eggs and mix into cheese mixture. Combine flours and baking powder and add to wet ingredients. Mix/knead until thick sticky dough batter forms. Divide into 6 pieces, shape into rings, sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add Asiago cheese to top, bake additional 3-5 minutes until Asiago is melted and bagels are golden brown. Serving Size: 1 Bagel
