Ingredients

    1 clove Garlic
    1 medium Onion, diced
    1 dash Salt
    Ground Black Pepper
    500 grams Ground beef
    410gms (tin) Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
    100 gms Passata
    1 tsp Chilli Powder
    Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g)
    400 gms Baked Beans (or Kidney Beans)




Tips

Can add a dollop of sour cream and/or grated cheddar cheese - but these haven't been factored into the nutritional information.


Directions

Heat olive oil. Cook onion and garlic until softened.
Add ground minced beef. Cook through.
Add in drained corn kernels; then passata - stir together.
Add in baked (or kidney) beans; season with salt, pepper, chilli powder and sriracha sauce.

Stir and let simmer for at least 20 minutes.



Serving Size: makes around 4-5 servings
