Ingredients

    3 serving Egg white, large
    .5 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    3 oz Butterball Everyday Smoked Turkey Sausage

Directions

Prep:
Diced the 1/2 tomato
Rinse off and dry the spinach

Cook:
In a non-stick pan, cook the 3oz turkey sausage. Once it is fully cooked, add in the 1 cup of spinach and allow to cook down. Next, add in the diced tomatoes. Allow cooking (stirring) for about 30 seconds. Add the egg whites and scramble it all together. Once the eggs are cook, place on a plate and enjoy!
