46 oz Costco Hand Pulled Rotisserie Chicken Breast Meat (by N0N3SEQUITOR)
4 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
4 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic (by LTPACE610)
8 oz Great Value Chopped Green Chiles (by CARAJO82)
1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
1 small Onions, raw
1 stick Butter, unsalted
0.5 cup Fat free half and half
8 serving Cream cheese Philadelphia Low fat 95% fat free ( per tbsp)
4 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555)
2 tsp Oregano, ground
.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
2 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
Tips
can cook night before and leave in crock pot during the day, the flavors really incorporate even better
Directions
1) in a large pot, pull chicken and add spices, cook for 5 mins to incorporate the flavors
2) add chicken broth, cover and simmer for 10 mins
3) in another pot, melt butter and add veggies, saute until soft
4) add garlic to veggies, cook for 30 more seconds
5) add veggies to large pot and cook for 10 mins
6) in a medium bowl, soften cream cheese in microwave until you can stir it, about 20 sec
7) mix cream cheese with half and half
8) add cream cheese mixture stirring quickly to large pot and simmer for 15 more mins
9) salt and pepper to taste
10) serve with your favorite toppings (cheese, avocado, cilantro, sour cream)
