My family loves this recipe. It is easy to make and is a good way to get your protein, carbs and veggies in one dish. My family loves this recipe. It is easy to make and is a good way to get your protein, carbs and veggies in one dish.

I'm confused- it says it serves 4 but there are 6 porkchops. Do you serve everyone 1 and 1/2 porkchops?? Seems odd but maybe that is jut me, LOL - 8/2/08

I have found that most of the time, a single pork chop does not give you the full 3 oz. Especially if you only consider the loin portion of the pork chop. If you use larger or thicker pork chops, then the # servings may indeed be 6.
