    16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    4 cup Spinach, fresh
    9 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon
    4 cup Eat smart riced cauliflower

Directions

Cook chicken in water and cut in cubes. Add all other ingredients and simmer Serving Size: 2

    I loved the cauliflower, never would have thought of that. I did replace the bullion with low sodium chicken broth, too much sodium in the bullion for me. - 1/22/21
