Ingredients

3/4 cup 2% mild cheddar shredded cheese
2 tbsp skim milk
2 medium eggs
1/2 lb reduced fat sausage
1 package country gravy mix
1 cup cold water
1 can reduced fat crescent rolls
Cooking spray (for scrambling eggs)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Brown sausage in a medium skillet. Drain fat. Finely crumble sausage.
3. Spray microwave safe bowl with cooking spray. Beat eggs and milk together. Microwave on high power about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until eggs are done. Crumble.
4. In a medium sauce pan, mix country gravy mix with 1 cup of cold water. Bring to a boil, then simmer 1 minute.
5. Arrange triangles of crescent roll dough on a large baking stone or baking sheet.
6. Bake for 5 minutes.
7. Remove from oven. Top each triangle with 1 tbsp of gravy. Spead out evenly with a spoon. Evenly top each piece with crumbled eggs, sausage, and cheese.
8. Return to the oven and bake an additional 6 to 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bottoms are golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
