Ingredients

    2 oz *Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice
    .25 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 tbsp Salt
    4 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    83 oz Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted
    4 half, with liquid Pears, canned
    1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
    1 tbsp steak seasoning (not included in nutrition because I couldn't find the info)

Tips

start in the morning to have for dinner

cook 6-8 hours


Directions

1. combine pomegranate juice and sugar in saucepan and cook on low until sugar dissolves (about 2 minutes) pour into crock pot
2. blend salt, garlic salt, steak seasoning, and pepper in small bowl. Rub mixture over roast. Place roast in crock pot. Turn roast to cover in mixture
3. top roast with pear and orange slices. cover, cook on high 6-8 hours until tender. serve with juice and fruit slices
