Ingredients

    Grouper (fish), 2 fillet
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 tomato
    Tomato Paste, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 6 cloves
    Ginger Root, 10 slices (1" dia)
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 0.75 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

1. Bake or steam the fish to fasten the process
2. Cut everything ready to bite sizes or as desired
3. Stir fry everything starting with your aromatic ingredients first.
4. Add in your paste, water, honey, and seasonings. Let it simmer for few minutes.
5. Pour on top of your baked/steamed fish and let it set for a couple of minute before serving.
6. Depending on how big your fillets are, it can make up to 6 servings.
