Ingredients

    100 grams Lentils
    400 gram(s) tinned tomatoes
    10 gram(s) Pataks - Lime Pickle


Tips

Other flavourings can be added - sea salt, pepper, chilli powder, garlic, or a little carrot or sweet potato. You can also start with onion sautéed in a little oil. Simple version works well in a slow cooker.


Directions

Boil lentils in hot water until cooked.
Add tin of tomatoes, chopped lime pickle and seasoning.
Bring to boil, leave to simmer until required consistency.
Serve with pasta, olive oil, grated cheese and crudites
