Ingredients

1/2 cup Low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup Cocoa powder - Hershey's Special Dark
1 one ounce box Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding(mix only)
1 cup Optimum Nutrition Whey powder - Vanilla
1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 cup Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour
Optional:
1 package of Vanilla Candy Coating-nutritional values not included in listing
Sprinkles or contrasting candy coating for decoration
Tips
4 Truffles is what I pack for a quick pick me up snack!
--Soften cream cheese before using_
--The dough can get sticky! Best to spray hands with cooking spray to help keep it from sticking to your hands!
Directions
*Mix all ingredients, except Candy Coating in a food processor; mix until completely blended.
*Pinch off small pieces, and roll into balls.
*Place on flat surface. I use waxed or parchment paper to catch any drippings
*OPTIONAL
Sprinkle with dark cocoa powder
Melt candy coating per package directions-either dip or roll the balls in the melted candy coating; place on paper to harden.
Keep Refrigerated!
