Ingredients

3 large Eggs
1 cup Milk, 2%
1/4 tsp Salt
3 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Tips
This recipe came from a renal diet cookbook from Dialysis Clinic, Inc.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Place popover tin into oven to heat as the oven is heating.
Beat eggs until frothy.
Add milk, oil, sugar, and salt.
Beat well.
Add flour and mix.
Take popover tin out of oven and spray with cooking oil spray.
Fill cups with batter until 3/4 full.
Put into oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Serve with sugar-free jam.
Serving Size: 1 popover
NOTE: I used a popover pan with 6 cups, however, this recipe originally used muffin tins. If you use muffin tins, you will need to adjust the number of servings this recipe makes.
