Ingredients

    1 Tbs Butter Land O Lakes Light Butter w/Canola oil 1 tbsp
    1 clove Garlic minced
    2 green onions thinly sliced (use whites for broth, save greens for garnish)
    1/2 cup of Bok Choy or Cabbage
    2 Shitake Mushrooms thinly sliced (optional but added to nutrition values)
    1 Serving Nona Lim Shiitake beef bone broth (1 serving = 10 fl oz)
    3/4 cup Bar Harbor - Pure, All-Natural Clam Juice
    1/4 cup Nutpods Non-Dairy Creamer
    1 tbsp Fish Sauce
    1 tbsp Honey - Sugar Free - HoneyTree's
    1 tsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    1/2 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
    1 tbsp Parsley
    1/4 tsp Onion powder
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1/4 tsp Dill weed, dried
    14 oz Miracle Noodle angle hair (rinsed well)

    2 tbsp Fusia - General Tso Asian Sauce
    5 grams Annie Chun Organic Seaweed Snacks- wasabi

Tips

Prepackaged Miracle Noodles are best rinsed well and pan dried by cooking over medium heat in a dry pan until the noodles are dry.


Directions

1. Heat sesame oil, garlic, green onion whites and mushrooms in a pot over medium-high heat until the onions are soft and fragrant.

2 . Add remaining ingredients except for green onion tops to the pot and bring to a boil.

3. Reduce the heat to simmer until the bok choy / cabbage is tender.

4. Top with green onions. Enjoy!

These Pho noodles serve as a great base for seafood (clams, mussels, shrimp, squid, etc.). I like to top the dish with a couple of pickled quail eggs and hot chili oil.
