Ingredients

    1 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Basil
    4 oz Barilla Rigatoni Pasta
    4 oz. Boar’s Head - Smoked Gouda Cheese - 1 oz

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the cherry tomatoes in an oven safe baking dish. Pour olive oil on top, and season with salt and pepper. Toss until combined. Place the cheese in the middle of the baking dish surrounded by the cherry tomatoes and flip a couple times to coat it with the olive oil and seasoning. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, until the cherry tomatoes burst and the cheese melts. Cook pasta until al dente. Add the garlic and basil to the cooked tomatoes and cheese and toss to combine. Transfer the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to combine.

Serving Size: Divide equally into 4servings
