Ingredients

    1 slice Bacon
    1 stalk Green Onions
    1 tsp Garlic
    1 1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts (in water) chopped
    dash Crystal Louisiana's Pure Hot Sauce
    2 tbsps. Parsley, Fresh.
    6 medium Oysters
    2 tbsps. Parmesan cheese grated.
    2 tbsps. Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
    1 Lemon (juice)

Directions

In skillet sauté together bacon, green onions, garlic for 2 minutes. Add artichoke hearts, and hot sauce. Remove from heat and add the oysters and parsley and combine. Place the mixture evenly, in a muffin tin and sprinkle the breadcrumbs and the parmesan cheese on the tops of each. Cook under the broiler for 7-8 minutes. When cooked squeeze lemon juice over each one and serve.
