Ingredients

    small head cabbage
    12 oz. ground turkey (93% lean)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup zucchini
    1/2 cup yellow squash
    1/2 cup brown rice
    1/2 cup wild rice
    1/2 cup barley
    28 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 tbsp ketchup
    1/2 jar organic roasted garlic pasta sauce
    1/4 cup wheat panko bread crumbs
    1/4 cup shredded 2% mozz cheese


Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Spray 9 x13 pan with pam spray. Wash and rinse cabbage. Cut into wide strips. Set aside. Prepare rices and barley as directed. Saute burger, onion, zucc, squash. Add diced tomatoes, ketchup. Layer cabbage, then meat mixture and top with pasta sauce, bread crumbs and cheese.
