    2 Egg whites
    2 T. milk
    2 T. salsa
    2 T. low fat cheddar cheese
    2 corn tortillas (or one flour)


1. Beat the egg and the milk. Scramble in a non-stick pan or microwave.

2. Heat the tortillas. Spread the salsa and cheese on each. Top with the egg and roll.

3. Enjoy.
